Renovation of a recently acquired building to create two new teaching areas, a staff room and breakout areas, for Holbrook School for Autism.
The Whitemoor centre was an empty building adjacent Holbrook School for Autism. Following the school’s agreement to acquire the building were appointed to transform the spaces to meet their needs .
Over Summer 2024 we renovated an area within the building to create two teaching areas, staff room and breakout areas. Our work included the strip-out of the existing spaces, installation of new partitioning, suspended ceilings, heating & electrics, toilets, doors, access control systems, floor coverings, decorations, white rock cladding kitchenettes, mechanical fresh air and AC installation, and a complete fire alarm and intruder system.
