Peak School Chinley

Comprehensive strip-out and Refurbishment of school changing and wet room areas to address excess water issues.

To address the excess water issue at Peak School, Chinley, we began by removing the slab, installing new drainage, and re-laying the slab to ensure proper drainage. The old showers had penetrated the wall coverings, resulting in water damage to the buildings timber frame. We stripped these areas back and replaced all damaged boards and timber.

Additionally, we installed new showers, toilets, cubicles, flooring, a mechanical extraction system, updated floor finishes, and decorations, along with white rock wall cladding.
